The former headquarters of the Journal Libération, located on rue Béranger in the heart of the Marais, was acquired by ETERNAM in co-investment with the MPUR fund. The building will be transformed into high-end offices (more than 6,000 sqm) and will feature the highest environmental standards and will aim for the highest environmental certifications (BREEAM) with a particular focus on the optimization of the carbon footprint through the "Bâtiment Bas Carbone" (BBCA) certification.
