Sonia also assists clients in managing the risks and insurance associated with their real estate assets and projects, and in settling contractual and liability disputes arising in connection with real estate transactions (ownership and sales disputes) and construction operations (claims by contractors, legal and insurance warranties, disputes with third parties).
